Part 1: Fuel Nutrition
The FUEL & FIT 5-DAY CHALLENGE gives you access to two LIVE Zoom Nutrition Seminars given by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Laura Berger.
Session 1: Thursday, January 4th, 6:30-7:30pm EST
Session 2: Tuesday, January 9th, 6:30-7:30pm EST
Laura will teach you her proven method to optimally structure your day and how to simply balance your meals to lose weight without craving sugar or feeling restricted. Best of all, her method optimizes your health, stabilizes blood sugar, and boosts energy and metabolism.

Part 2: Fit From Home
The FUEL & FIT 5-DAY CHALLENGE includes two, pre-recorded FOLLOW ALONG Workouts you can do at home with minimal equipment. We will help you work these into your schedule and create consistency with your workouts. You will be amazed at the burn you can get without going to the gym; it just takes the right program. Andy Berger is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has written over 475 home workouts to build muscle, boost energy, strength, and help you function optimally in daily life.

MEET YOUR COACHES
Andy Berger, CSCS, has a B.S. in Exercise Science and over 20 years of experience helping clients from all fitness levels lose weight, improve their quality of life and become the strongest version of themselves. Andy was a nationally competitive gymnast for 15 years and has used his passion for training and his own personal rehab from injuries to help clients train functionally to prevent injury, increase mobility, and get stronger than they were 10 years ago.
Laura Berger, MS, RDN, LD has over 10 years of experience working in the Nutrition and Fitness field and has counseled 100's of clients in nutrition, using food and lifestyle change as medicine to lose weight and reverse chronic health issues. Laura has a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's in Health Promotion and Fitness; she is also a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist with additional training in integrative and functional medicine and uses her skills and experience to help clients lose stubborn weight in addition to healing and managing gastrointestinal issues, diabetes, PCOS, menopause, autoimmune disease, anxiety, depression, and mood, and sleep issues.
Andy and Laura have seen the power of incorporating regular functional strength training and a consistent, nutrient dense whole food diet in their own lives and the lives of their clients, and you too can be healthier than you were in your 20's with their program.
